When can I expect my order?
The average delivery time is 3 to 7 days under normal circumstances. In rare cases, such as delays delivery may take up to 10 days. Please note: status updates may take up to 4 days to appear.
The day before delivery, you’ll receive an email with detailed tracking info. If needed, this email will give you the option to edit your address. Please keep an eye on this message.
Once your package is shipped, you’ll receive a track & trace code to follow your order. Enter this code on the shipping provider’s website for the latest updates.
We do everything we can to deliver your order quickly. Thank you for your understanding in case of unexpected delays.
The expected delivery time has passed – where is my order?
We aim to deliver 98% of our orders on time. In some cases, delays can occur. If your order is delayed, we’ll inform you via email with a new estimated delivery time.
Common causes include holidays, additional checks, or unexpected issues like staff shortages in logistics chains.

My Track & Trace isn’t showing any information. What now?
Track & trace becomes active once the package is processed by the carrier. In most cases, tracking info is available within 2 days of your order, but delays can happen depending on the courier’s processing time.

What are the shipping costs?
Good news! Shipping is free for all our products. No extra fees – we fully cover delivery costs, so your order arrives with no added charges.
Where can I find my order number?
After placing an order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your unique order number. Didn’t receive it? Check your spam folder.

I want to return my order. What now?
We care about sustainability and want to minimize our environmental impact. Returns leave a large carbon footprint due to transport and packaging. That’s why we kindly ask you to contact us first before sending anything back. We’ll work together on a solution that suits you and supports a greener future.
If your item is damaged or defective, you’re entitled to a replacement. Please send us clear photos and/or videos of the issue so we can assist you quickly.
If you want to exchange or return your order, this is possible within 14 days, provided the item:
• Is in original packaging
• Has all tags and labels attached
• Shows no signs of use
When returning:
• Always use a track & trace code – you’re responsible for the return shipment.
• Be aware that return costs and risk are your responsibility and are not reimbursed.
Once we receive the returned items, your purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days.

I made a mistake in my order or details. What now?
