How Do I Save My Progress With the Infinity Console?
While playing, press SELECT + X or L3 + R3 at the same time to open the Save/Load Menu. Choose "Save State" to save your progress. Later, you can select "Load State" from the same menu to continue playing.
My Track & Trace Shows No Information. What Can I Do?
No worries, this is completely normal. Tracking information only becomes visible once your package has been scanned at the sorting center. This often happens after a few business days.
For USA: Track your shipment via DHL
For AUS: Track your shipment via DHL
For NL: Track your shipment via POSTNL
For BE: Track your shipment via BPOST
Check the link regularly, the status will update automatically as soon as new information becomes available
My Infinity Console Is Not Charging. What Should I Do?
Try a charging reset:
- Charge the console using the left charging port.
- Plug it directly into a wall socket (no extension cord) and preferably avoid using a fast charger.
- Let the console charge for at least 1 hour.
- Then press the "R" button (below the power button) quickly 7 times.
- Turn the console back on.
In most cases this solves the issue right away. If it does not, please send us a short video showing what happens and we will assist you further.
What Is the Delivery Time?
The delivery time is 5–8 business days from the moment of shipment (excluding weekends). You will always receive a track and trace link as soon as your package has been shipped.
