We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Not happy with your order? You can return or exchange it within 14 days of receiving it.
✅ Conditions for Returns or Exchanges:
– The product must be unused and, if possible, in the original packaging.
– All included items (such as cables, cards, etc.) must be present.
– The return must include a fully completed return form.
– A Track & Trace code must be used for the return shipment. Without proof of shipping, we cannot guarantee a refund.
– Return shipping costs and risk are the responsibility of the customer.
⚠️ Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused or partially refunded.
💰 Refund
Once we’ve received and approved your return, your purchase amount will be refunded within 14 business days via the original payment method.
